After a silence, James said, 'I determine that we should not trouble the Gentiles who turn to God. Write and tell them to abstain from meat sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals, and from sexual sin.'
So the apostles, elders, and whole church decided to send Judas called Barsabbas and Silas along with Paul and Barnabas to Antioch to deliver the letter.
When they gathered the church and read the letter aloud, the people rejoiced at its encouraging message.
