So Jonah traveled to Nineveh without delay. It was a gigantic city. It was a 3 day walk to get from one side to the other.

Now the people of Nineveh believed in God, and the king proclaimed: Everyone must turn away from their evil and violent ways! Perhaps God will turn away from his fierce anger and pity us, and we will not be killed!
