- Permission for Churches and Other Groups -

Thank you for your interest in acquiring permission to use material from The Brick Testament for off-line, noncommercial, nonprofit use at your church, Bible camp, religious retreat, or other similar organization or event. Please follow these four easy steps:

1. Send an e-mail to thebricktestament@gmail.com that includes your name, the name and location (city and country) of your church or other organization, and a brief description of your intended use of Brick Testament materials.

2. Consider making a donation to The Brick Testament based on that usage. Donations are made via PayPal.com.

Type of use Suggested Donation
Regular use of material from The Brick Testament throughout a Sunday School cirriculum
$5 / month
Significant use of material from The Brick Testament on a periodic basis in a class, or for a recurring event with a large audience
$50
Occasional use of material from The Brick Testament in a class, or for a single event with a large audience
$25
One-time use of material from The Brick Testament in a class, sermon, event with small audience, etc.
$10

3. Once your e-mail has been sent and a donation made (if making one), you may assume you have permission and proceed to use Brick Testament materials for your stated purpose so long as your usage is and continues to be off-line, noncommercial, and nonprofit. For clarity, here is a further explanation of what those terms mean:

Off-line You do not have permission to put materials from The Brick Testament on the internet. For example, do not put images from the Brick Testament on your own website, ftp site, blog, myspace page, youtube video, etc.
Noncommercial and nonprofit You do not have permission to use materials from The Brick Testament for any venture or organization that could in any way be construed as having profited from the use of those materials. For example, you may not include images from The Brick Testament in any product that is sold, nor as part of any performance that charges an admission fee, nor within an advertisement for any such product, performance, or pay service of any kind.

4. Finally, whenever you use materials from The Brick Testament, inform your audience where the images are borrowed from (and do not misrepresent their origin, take credit for them, or claim any copyright over them or any derivative creation). To simplify this step, whenever possible, please include the following image along with your presentation:

That's it! Enjoy.
